no-bake oatmeal cookies
(3 ratings)
I like no-bake cookies because they don't heat the house up.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
No-bake cookies are an easy cookie recipe to have on hand when craving a sweet treat. There are lots of versions of these no-bake oatmeal cookies, but we liked the mix-ins in this recipe. There's peanut butter and oats, but you also have walnuts, raisins, and flaked coconut. They add flavor and texture. These cookies remind us of a peanut butter fudge.
