These are so easy to make.. have been making them since I was a kid..when I worked at a deli in Maine we made these and they sold like hot cakes lol

Ingredients For no bake cookies

  • 1 3/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 4 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter
  • 3 c
    oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make no bake cookies

  • 1
    Combine the first 4 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.. boil for 5 minutes

    Add the peanut butter and the vanilla and stir until peanut butter is melted and mixed in
  • 3
    Measure the oats into a large mixing bowl and pour the chocoalte mix over it and mix well
  • 4
    Drop by tablespoon onto wax paper.. Let cool.. Enjoy
