How To Make no bake chocolate/peanut butter cookies
-
1Prepare a cookie sheet by laying a sheet of wax paper on for the cookies. Using a heavy bottom pot on low heat melt margarine. In a bowl mix sugar and Hersey's "Special Edition" coco until thoroughly blinded ( use a wire whisk) add to margarine an continue to stirring no low heat.
-
2As sugar and coco melt add in milk while continuing to stir bring to a slow boil, add in peanut butter and salt. Continue to stir until coco and peanut butter is all blinded together.Quickly pour over oats that should be in a large bowl for mixing.Once all oats are coated start spooning on prepared cookie sheet. Use the back of the spoon or even three of your fingers to press to flatter cookies.
-
3* I put some oat through a blinded to get a little finer this also makes the batch bigger.
