Ingredients For no bake bumpy peanut butter nuggets

1/2 cnatural peanut butter, creamy, for small children

1/4 cnonfat dry milk powder

1/4 cunsweetened flaked coconut

1/3 crolled oats
-
1/2 tspground cinnamon

1/4 cwheat germ
-
1/4 cunsweetened apple juice concentrate, thawed
How To Make no bake bumpy peanut butter nuggets

1Combine first three items, in a large mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, until thoroughly combined.

2Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Chill thoroughly, before serving. Store nuggets in the refrigerator. Makes 30 balls. Nutrition: One ball 46 cal, 2.9 g fat (0.8 g sat), <1 mg chol, 18 mg sod, 74 mg potassium, 3.8 g carb, 0.7 g fiber, 1.9 g protein
