Actually , my daughter gave me this recipe and they are so very good. They stay soft and moist for days....well, I think they would for days , but they never last that long...lol. I use cheesecake flavored instant pudding , but vanilla is very good too...either way, Give em a try ...think you will like them :)

Ingredients For my mom's chocolate chip cookies

1 cbutter, softened

3/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/4 cwhite sugar

1 (3.5) ozpackage instant vanilla pudding mix ( i use cheesecake pudding mix)

2eggs

1 tspvanilla

2 1/4 call purpose flour

1 Tbspbaking soda

2 csemisweet chocolate chips

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add pudding mix, eggs and vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips.

3Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets that have been sprayed very lightly with non-stick spray. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned

4Remove from baking sheets onto cooling racks or waxed paper.....enjoy :)
