Ingredients For mrs. lucille sugar cookies

1/2 cbutter, softened

1/2 ccrisco
-
1 ccorn oil
-
1 csugar

1 cpowdered sugar

2eggs
-
1 tspvanilla or lemon extract

4 1/2 csifted flour

1 tspcream of tartar

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt
How To Make mrs. lucille sugar cookies

1Cream together butter and Crisco.

2Mix in: corn oil, sugar and powdered sugar.

3Add: eggs, vanilla or lemon extract, sifted flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.

4Dough will be very soft but not sticky. Drop a small ball of dough on parchment covered cookie sheet. Press down with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10-12 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 3-5 minutes and transfer to wire rack to finish cooling.
