This is a no-bake recipe from the "Cafeteria Lady" when I was in elementary and high school. There was a lot of lunch room bargaining and trading to get an extra one in those days! AND you will want a big glass of milk, cuz you will be eating more than one! :)

Ingredients For mrs. lloyd's peanut butter goodies

1 cbutter or margarine

4 csugar

1 cmilk
-
1 tspsalt

1 ccreamy peanut butter

1 tspvanilla

5 crolled oats
How To Make mrs. lloyd's peanut butter goodies

1Bring butter, sugar, milk and salt to a boil. Boil 10 minutes (VERY important to follow this!).

2Add peanut butter, vanilla and oats.

3Spread on cookie sheet and cool. Cut into squares.

4I use a jelly roll pan and make 1"x1" squares, as these tend to be rich, but SO good.
