I found this recipe on the Paula Deen website... my kids love it, as well as the Easy Monster Cookie recipe I already posted. This one is intersting as it doesn't have any flour in the recipe.

Ingredients For monster cookies

3 eggs

1 1/4 clight brown sugar

1 cgranulated sugar

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspvanilla extract

1-12 oz jarpeanut butter
-
1 stickbutter, softened

1/2 cm&ms
-
1/2 cchocolate chips
-
1/4 craisins, optional
-
2 tspbaking soda
-
4 1/2 cquick-cooking oats
How To Make monster cookies

1Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or nonstick baking mats.

2In a very large mixing bowl, combine the eggs and sugars. Mix well. Add the salt, vanilla, peanut butter, and butter. Mix well. Stir in the chocolate candies, chocolate chips, raisins, if using, baking soda, and oatmeal. Drop by tablespoons 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets.

3Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not overbake. Let stand for about 3 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool. When cool, store in large resealable plastic bags.

4NOTE: ** I double the choc chips & M&Ms. ** To measure the peanut butter & plop it out on a piece of waxed paper or plastic wrap on my kitchen scale.
