This recipe makes a HUGE, wonderful, cookie. My family goes nuts for these. If they last thru the night they are even better the next day!!!

Ingredients For monster cookies

  • 1 pkg
    betty crocker peanut butter cookie mix (the bigger one)
  • 3 Tbsp
    hot water
  • 3 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 2/3 c
    unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 c
    lightly packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk chocolate chips
  • 2 2/3 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How To Make monster cookies

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Making sure you break up all the large clumps of brown sugar.

    Mix all wet ingredients in a seperate bowl. Then combine both the wet & dry ingredients. Roll into Tennis ball size balls and put onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for about 11-13 minutes til golden brown. The inside will be a little gooey but let them cool completely and it will set.
