My teen kids are the cookie bakers at my house so I am giving you a few of their recipes. This one is easy and fun to make, but it does make a lot of good sized cookies~ approximately 40 to 50! Although cooking time shows 15 minutes, the true baking time is 12 minutes.

Ingredients For monster cookies

  • 6
    eggs
  • 2 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 c
    white sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    corn syrup
  • 4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 lb.
    butter (do not substitute)
  • 24 oz. jar
    peanut butter
  • 9 c
    oatmeal
  • 1/2 lb.
    chocolate chips
  • 1/2 lb.
    m & ms

How To Make monster cookies

  • 1
    Mix in order given. Drop by ice cream scoop onto Baker's Joy sprayed cookie sheet. 6 cookies per cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Do not over bake. This cookie is a great treat at a party or for the class. *NOTE* RECIPE DOES NOT USE FLOUR I can not recall how long it takes to bake the entire batch of cookies. I am sure this will depend too on how many cookie tins are placed in the oven at once too.
