Everyone will love these. You can make another batch and freeze them if you wish. But these won't last long! Serve them at gatherings and you'll enjoy instant fame!

Ingredients For monster cookies

  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 1 1/4 c
    packed light brown sugar
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 12 oz
    jar creamy peanut butter
  • 1 stick
    butter - softened
  • 1/2 c
    m&ms
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp
    baking soda
  • 4 1/2 c
    oats, uncooked

How To Make monster cookies

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or nonstick spray.

    In a very large mixing bowl, combine the eggs and sugars. Mix well. Add the salt, vanilla, peanut butter and butter. Mix well. Stir in the M&Ms, chocolate chips, baking soda and oatmeal. Drop by tablespoons 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets.

    Bake for 11 to 12 min;ute. Be careful not to overbake - all ovens are a bit different. Lest stand for about 3 minutes before transferring to wire racks or sheets to cool. When cool, store in a large resealable bag.
