Ingredients For momofuku milk bar's compost cookie

1 cbutter

1 csugar

3/4 cbrown sugar

1 Tbsplight corn syrup

1 tspvanilla

2eggs
-
1 3/4 cflour

2 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1 1/2 cyour favorite baking ingredients (options: chocolate chips, raisenettes, rollos, cocoa krispies)

1 1/2 cyour favorite snack foods (chips, pretzels, etc.)
How To Make momofuku milk bar's compost cookie

1Cream butter, sugars, and corn syrup

2Add in eggs and vanilla. Beat for almost 10 minutes until creamy and almost doubled in size

3Add flour and leavening agents, then once mixed thoroughly add in your favorite ingredients. Be careful not to overmix.

4Refrigerate dough at least 1 hour

5Scoop dough into small balls using a cookie scoop or two small spoons. Bake at 400 F for 9-11 minutes.
