Ingredients For delicious surprise cookies

  • 3 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 pkg
    (9 ounce) solid chocolate mint wafers or milk chocolate squares

How To Make delicious surprise cookies

    Sift together dry ingredients. In large mixer bowl,cream butter and sugar and brown sugar. Blend in unbeaten eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients gradually; mix well. Cover; chill 2 hours. Enclose each wafer in a rounded tablespoonful of dough. Place on ungreased baking sheets.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 9 to 12 minutes. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove.
