1 3/4 ccrushed chocolate wafers

1 cpeanut butter chips
-
4eggs
-
1 ccane sugar

3/4 clight brown sugar

1/2 tspground cinnamon

1/2 cmargarine, melted

2 cwhole milk
-
11 slicewhite bread, toasted and cut into cubes

7 lgfresh baked chocolate chip cookies, crumbled
- CREAMY MILK TOPPING

1 tubefrozen whipped topping, thawed

3/4 csweet condensed milk
-
8 ozcream cheese, softened
-
1 cwhole milk
-
1 chalf and half
How To Make milk and cookies bread pudding

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2To make the bread pudding, coat a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Add crushed chocolate wafers and peanut butter chips; mix well.

3In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, cane sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, butter and milk together. Gently stir in the bread cubes and crumbled cookies. Lightly spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

4Bake until browned and and set in the middle, about 30 minutes; cover with aluminum foil after 15 minutes. Let the pudding stand for 10 minutes before serving.

5For the creamy milk topping, combine the whipped topping, sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, whole milk and half and half in a large mixing bowl. Whisk together until blended and smooth.

6Spread the topping over the warm pudding. Garnish with fresh cookie crumbs.
