Ingredients For mexican wedding ring cookies

  • 1 c
    butter
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    water
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • powdered sugar (for coating)

How To Make mexican wedding ring cookies

  • 1
    Cream the butter and sugar, add water and vanilla, mix well. Add flour and pecans, stir well and chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

    Shape into balls and bake on a un-greased cookie sheet at 325 for 20 minutes. Cool slightly and roll in Powdered sugar.
