I've been making these for years. They are very rich and so yummy with a cup of coffee.

Ingredients For mexican wedding cookies

1 lbbutter

1 csugar
-
1 tspvanilla

5 ccake flour

1 1/2pecans, chopped fine
How To Make mexican wedding cookies

1Cream butter and sugar together. Add vanilla.

2Gradually stir in the cake flour.

3Stir in pecans.

4Dough will be stiff!

5Form in size of walnuts and shape like a fat half moon.

6Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in 250 degree oven for 1 hour.

7Remove from cookie sheet and let cool.

8Roll each cookie in Confectioner's sugar.
