Ingredients For mexican wedding cake

  • 1 cup
    butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup
    powdered sugar
  • 2 cups
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 cup
    chopped pecans

How To Make mexican wedding cake

    Preheat oven to 325 F degrees.

    Mix all ingredients and roll by hand into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 30 minutes.

    Roll in additional powdered sugar while hot and again when cool.
