Ingredients For merrymaker cookies

1 1/2 cborden's prepared mincemeat or other

1/2 cevaporated milk

1/4 ceggnog
-
1 tsprum extract
-
3 cbisquick baking mix

1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 tspsalt
How To Make merrymaker cookies

1Heat oven to 375^. In a large saucepan heat mincemeat ,eggnog and milk to simmering, stirring frequently. Cook until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Dough will be soft and sticky.

2Drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet. Bake about 10 minutes or until light brown. Cool on wire rack or paper.
