These are a soft delicate sugar cookie perfect for a mother daughter tea, or with green and red sprinkles for a xmas luncheon. I got this recipe recently from my cousin Margaret, but it was originally one of my Grandma Kaphingst's Christmas cookie recipes.. These are Oh so delicious.

2egg yolks

1 cpowdered sugar

2 cflour

1 tspvanilla

1/2 tspcream of tartar

1/2 tspsoda

1 cbutter
How To Make melt in your mouth cookies

1Cream together butter, yolks,vanilla and powdered sugar.

2Gradually add cream of tartar, baking soda, and flour.

3Roll into balls, place on cookie sheet and press down with fork.

4Sprinkle with red and green sugar.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
