Ingredients For marshmallow fudgies

  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3/4 c
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    cocoa
  • 1/2 c
    nuts, chopped
  • 12
    marshmallows, halved

How To Make marshmallow fudgies

  • 1
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

    Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • 3
    Sift dry ingredients together and stir into egg mixture.
  • 4
    Fold in nuts.
  • 5
    Spread batter in a greased and floured 8" by 12" pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.

    Remove from oven and sprinkle marshmallow halves over the top. Return to oven for 3-4 minutes.
