Ingredients For maple-pumpkin pie bars

  • 1 pkg
    yellow cake mix
  • 4
    eggs, divided
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, 8 oz
  • 1 can
    pumpkin, 15 oz
  • 1 pkg
    jello pumpkin spice flavor instant pudding
  • 1
    8 oz container coool whip
  • 3 Tbsp
    maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp
    cinnamon, ground

How To Make maple-pumpkin pie bars

  • 1
    Line a 13x9 inch pan with paper or foil, spray with cooking spray. Blend cake mix, one egg, and butter. Press into bottom of pan.

    Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, remaining eggs, pumpkin and dry pudding mix with mixer until blended. Pour over crust.

    Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Transfer to a wire rack, cool completely.

    Mix Cool whip and syrup in a large bowl. Spread over dessert, sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
