Ingredients For maple-pumpkin pie bars

1 pkgyellow cake mix

4eggs, divided

1/2 cbutter, melted

1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 pkgcream cheese, 8 oz

1 canpumpkin, 15 oz
-
1 pkgjello pumpkin spice flavor instant pudding

18 oz container coool whip
-
3 Tbspmaple syrup

1/8 tspcinnamon, ground
How To Make maple-pumpkin pie bars

1Line a 13x9 inch pan with paper or foil, spray with cooking spray. Blend cake mix, one egg, and butter. Press into bottom of pan.

2Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, remaining eggs, pumpkin and dry pudding mix with mixer until blended. Pour over crust.

3Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Transfer to a wire rack, cool completely.

4Mix Cool whip and syrup in a large bowl. Spread over dessert, sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
