How To Make lunch cookie
-
1Mix flour, salt, and soda. Set aside. Beat margarine, sugars, egg, water, and vanilla.
-
2Add to flour mixure. Mix well. Stir in oats and mix well. If the mixture seems too dry you may add a tablespoon of water.
-
3Mix in all other ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto GREASED cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 11 minutes for chewy cookies or 13 min for crunchier cookies. These freeze very well and are so hearty they make a great afternoon snack to get through the work day. They are full of antioxidants and heart healthy flax. Makes you feel just a little better about eating a cookie. :)
