lottie's lemon balls

This is a cookie recipe handed down through my husband's family. The original name was Aunt Lottie's, but now it's just Lottie's because no one remembers who Lottie was. Yes, it is one bottle of lemon extract, but it is not overpowering at all in these wonderful cookies. These are good for any occasion through the year.
