Ingredients For liqueur balls

  • 2 1/2 c
    nilla wafer crumbs
  • 1 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    corn syrup
  • 1/4 c
    liqueur of choice (rum, jack daniels whiskey, kahlua, baileys irish cream, grand marnier, rock n rye, vodka, any flavor schnapps, ouzo, jagermeister, galliano, or whatever else you can think of)
  • confectioners' sugar, cocoa or crushed nilla wafers, to roll in

How To Make liqueur balls

    In food processor, finely chop nilla wafers & pecans.

    Mix first four ingredients together.
  • 3
    Stir in corn syrup & liqueur. Shape into balls.
  • 4
    Roll in powdered sugar, cocoa or crushed nilla wafers. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

    Store in an air-tight container (lasts for weeks - but gone before then - LOL!)
