Ingredients For liqueur balls

2 1/2 cnilla wafer crumbs

1 cconfectioners' sugar

2 Tbspcocoa powder

1 cpecans, chopped

3 Tbspcorn syrup
-
1/4 cliqueur of choice (rum, jack daniels whiskey, kahlua, baileys irish cream, grand marnier, rock n rye, vodka, any flavor schnapps, ouzo, jagermeister, galliano, or whatever else you can think of)

confectioners' sugar, cocoa or crushed nilla wafers, to roll in
How To Make liqueur balls

1In food processor, finely chop nilla wafers & pecans.

2Mix first four ingredients together.

3Stir in corn syrup & liqueur. Shape into balls.

4Roll in powdered sugar, cocoa or crushed nilla wafers. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

5Store in an air-tight container (lasts for weeks - but gone before then - LOL!)
