2 Tbspeach - butter, canola oil, olive oil

2 2/3 Tbspbrown sugar

1 tspvanilla

1 1/2 Tbspegg substitute

1/4 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspbaking powder

1/3 call-purpose flour

1/3 coat flour

1/3 cwhole wheat flour

1/4 cdark chocolate chips (or sugar-free)

1/4 cchopped pecans
How To Make lighter chocolate chip cookies

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Beat together butter, oils, sugars and vanilla.

3Sift dry ingredients and add to batter. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

4Drop by teaspoon onto baking sheet sprayed with PAM.

5Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool slightly and move to paper towels to cool completely.
