3/4 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1 stickbutter, unsalted, room temperature

8 ozcream cheese, room temperature

1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/4 csugar

1 lgegg
-
2lemons, zested
-
1 1/2 tsplemon extract

1 Tbsplemon juice, fresh

12 ozwhite chocolate chips
How To Make lemon cream cheese white choc chip cookies

1In mixing bowl, cream butter, cream cheese, both sugars, lemon peel, lemon juice extract

2Combine flour, baking soda and salt

3Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture. Mix well. Fold in white chocolate chips.

4Preheat oven to 375 degrees

5Drop dough by tablespoon about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 7 - 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Put on wire racks to cool
