Ingredients For lemon melt cookies

1 1/4 c

flour
3/4 c

butter (use real butter)
1/2 c

corn starch
1/3 c

powdered sugar
1 Tbsp

fresh lemon juice
1 tsp

fresh lemon zest

How To Make lemon melt cookies

Combine all ingred. and add a bit more lemon juice if needed.
Roll into a 2inch round log and place in the fridge for 1-2 hrs.
Cut into 1/4 inch rounds and bake for 8-12min @ 350.
*Note the cookies do not brown

Glaze with a mixture of icing(powder)sugar and lemon juice
