Ingredients For lemon crisp cookies

  • 1 pasckage duncan hines cake mix
  • 1 c
    rice crispies
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1
    egg beaten1
  • 1 tsp
    grated lemon rind

How To Make lemon crisp cookies

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed ( dough will be crumbly )

    Shape into 1 i9nch balls. Place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets.

    Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until set. cool for 1 minute; remove from pan to a wire reck to cool completely. Yield about 4 dozen
