Ingredients For lemon cooler cookies

  • 2 stick
    butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 2 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • confectioner sugar for dusting

How To Make lemon cooler cookies

  • 1
    Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in egg and lemon juice. Combine dry ingredients and add to butter mixture. Beat well.Cover and refrigerate 1 hr. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. shape dough into 1" balls and place on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake 10 min and remove to wire racks to cool. sift confectioners sugar over cookies while warm. cool
