Ingredients For lemon cheese bars

1 box18.25 ounces,yellow cake mix with pudding

2 lgeggs

1/3 cup cvegetable oil

1 pkgcream chhese,softened (8 ounces)

1/3 csugar

1 tspfresh lemon juice
How To Make lemon cheese bars

1PREHEAT the oven to 350 degrees

2In a medium sized bowl,combine the cake mix,1 egg,and the oil,mix until crumbly

3reserve 1 cup of the mixture

4Lightly pat down the remaining mixture into an ungreased 9 X13 baking pan.

5Bake for 15 minutes,cool slightly

6MEANWHILE,in another medium-sized bowl,beat together the remaining egg,cream cheese,sugar and lemon juice until light and smooth.

7Spread over the cooled baked layer

8Sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture and bake for 15 minutes more or until light golden,

9Cool,then cut into bars.
