Delicious little lemon cookies. Use preserves of your choice..I like Apricot..Yum!

Ingredients For lemon blossom cookies

2 cmargarine or butter, softened..i use butter

1 1/2 cconfectioners' sugar

1/4 clemon juice concentrate

4 cunsifted flour

finely chopped nuts, assorted preserves
How To Make lemon blossom cookies

1Preheat oven to 350 degree

2In a large mixing bowl, beat margarine or butter and sugar until fluffy. Add lemon juice; beat well. Gradually add flour; mix well. Chill 2 hours.

3Shape into 1 - in balls; roll in nuts if desired. Place 1 inch apart on greased baking sheet. Press thumb in center of each ball; fill with preserves.

4Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until lightly browned.
