Ingredients For lemon angel bars

  • 1 box
    angel food cake
  • 1 can
    lemon pie filling
  • 1 c
    shredded coconut

How To Make lemon angel bars

  • 1
    Line a 9 X 13 inch pan with parchment paper. I make it large enough to cover sides also. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2
    Mix cake mix pie filling and coconut and pour into prepared pan. Bake 35 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares when cooled.
