My mom has made these my entire life and they always bring back memories of childhood. My kids and their friends used to beg me to make them. I submitted them to the local newspaper in a Christmas cookie contest a couple of years ago and won 1st place!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

These kooky breakfast cookies are salty, sweet, and quite tasty. Bacon and corn flakes add layers of flavor and a satisfying crunch. This is a great cookie and especially good for the bacon lovers in your life.
