Ingredients For judy's oatmeal raisin cookies

2 cflour

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1 cbutter or margarine

3/4 csugar

3/4 cbrown sugar (light or dark)

3 lgeggs

1 tspvanilla

1 tspcinnamon

1 1/2 coats

3/4 craisins*
-
1 cchopped walnuts (optional)
How To Make judy's oatmeal raisin cookies

1*You could replace the raisins with craisins, chocolate chips, cinnamon chips, butterscotch chips, or a mix of chocolate & butterscotch. Or you can add them along with the raisins (about 1/2 to 3/4 cup). Experiment to find your favorite!

2Cream butter or margarine with sugars; add eggs and vanilla.

3In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients, except raisins and nuts (and/or flavored chips). Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet. Add raisins/nuts/chips. Combine well.

4Drop by spoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on racks.
