Ingredients For josephine's o soooo good chocolate chip cookie

  • 2 stick
    of semi cold unsalted pure organic butter
  • 3/4 c
    organic sugar cane sugar
  • 3/4 c
    dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    unsulfured molasses
  • 1 tsp
    kahlua
  • 2 lg
    organic brown eggs
  • 3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 1/2 c
    good quality chocolate chips
  • 3/4 can
    pecans, in pieces

How To Make josephine's o soooo good chocolate chip cookie

  • 1
    Cream butter and sugars together until creamy then add 1 egg at a time. Mix until fluffy, then add your Kaluha and your molasses until blended.

    Mix all your dry ingredients together, then mix with the butter and sugar mixture a cup of flour mix at a time. Then fold in your chocolate chips and nuts.

    Preheat oven to 375. Use a 4 oz ice cream scoop to measure out your cookie dough onto the cookie sheet. bake the cookie for about 12 to 14 minutes. Let cookie cool on baking sheet for about 3 minutes then transfer to cooling rack and cool completely. These cookies will be soft in the middle please let cool. If you want a crisper cookie cook a little longer.
