How To Make italian lemon cookies

1Mix together the eggs and shortening, then add the rest. For each cookie into a teaspoon sized ball placed 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Allow cookies to cool completely before frosting and adding sprinkles.
