How To Make italian christmas cookies

1Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Beat in ricotta and vanilla. Combine flour, salt and soda, gradually add to creamed mixture. Drop by rounded tsp 2" apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees 10-12 min or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.

2In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar, stir in vanilla. Add enough milk until frosting reaches spreading consistency. Frost cooled cookies and immediately decorate with sprinkles. Store in fridge.
