Ingredients For isabell's lemon butter snowbars
- CRUST:

1/2 csweet cream butter, softened

1 1/3 call purpose flour

1/4 cwhite sugar (granulated sugar)
- FILLING:

2 lgeggs

1/4 cgranulated sugar
-
2 Tbspall purpose flour
-
1/4 tspbaking powder
-
3 Tbsplemon juice
-
powdered sugar
How To Make isabell's lemon butter snowbars

1Preheat oven to 350^ Crust: In mixer bowl, combine crust ingredients. Mix until blended(about 1 minute). Pat down into an ungreased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake in center of oven for 15-20 minutes or until a little brown on edges. Remove from oven. set aside. --- Filling: Combine filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour filling over the partially baked crust. Return to oven for 18-20 minutes or until set. Cool. Sprinkle powdered sugar over top.
