I got this recipe out of a East Bernstade KY cook book .I made this these the other day .There really good. My husband couldnt stop eating them.

Ingredients For irresistible peanut butter cookies

  • 3/4 c
    peanut butter
  • 1/2 c
    butter or margarine
  • 1 1/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 3 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp
    baking soda

How To Make irresistible peanut butter cookies

    In a mixing bowl best margarine or butter and peanut butter with a mixer about a min .Then add 1/2 cup of flour ,brown sugar,egg,baking soda,and vanilla.beat till thorought combined.Beat in remaining flour.Shape into 1 inch balls .Roll in sugar and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.Flatten by crisscrossing with a fork .Bake in 350 oven for 7 to 9 minutes or till bottoms are lightly browned .Cool cookies on a wire rack.Makes about 36.
