Ingredients For ice box cookies

2 stickmargarine

1 csugar
-
2 lgeggs
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1 cchopped nuts ( black walnuts or pecans)

1 ccoconut

1 cgraham cracker crumbs

1 boxgraham crackers
- ICING:

3/4 stickmargarine
-
2 cpowdered sugar
-
1 Tbspmilk
-
1 tspvanilla
How To Make ice box cookies

1Line 9 X 13 inch pan with WHOLE GRAHAM CRACKERS.

2Melt margarine over low heat.

3Beat eggs, milk, and sugar together. Mix with margarine and bring it to a boil.

4Remove from heat and add nuts, coconut and GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS. Mix well.

5Then pour this mixture over the layer of whole crackers that you lined the pan with.

6Then top with another layer of WHOLE graham crackers.

7ICING:

8Combine ingredients; Heat until smooth.

9Pour over top of the graham crackers. CHILL for 2 Hours. Makes 4 dozens depending on size you cut! Cut on the dotted lines on the graham crackers. Unless you want bigger pieces.
