How To Make honey crunchies

1In a large bowl, mix the oats, coconut, pecans and flour.

2In a heavy sauce pan, heat the brown sugar, butter and honey until it reaches a boil.

3Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.

4Drop the dough by rounded teaspoon into greased muffin tins so that the cookies retain their shape.

5Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

6Cool in the pan.
