This recipe belongs to my dearly departed Mom-Mom F. these are not only yummy good but there totally awesome. Just about everyone in my family loves them !

Ingredients For homemade pumpkin cookies !

  • 1 c
    lt. brown sugar
  • 1 c
    cooked or canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    sifted all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp
    ginger

How To Make homemade pumpkin cookies !

    in a large bowl beat together sugar, pumpkin , oil and vanilla.

    sift together dry ingredients ,add & stir until smooth

    drop by the spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet

    bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes ... enjoy !!!!
