How To Make homemade bisquick mix

1Measure out the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and shortening into a deep mixing bowl.

2Mix ingredients together with a hand held mixer or a food processor.

3The mix will look like coarse meal. Store mix in a covered container in the refrigerator.

4Use this mix the same as the store bought kind. Do not sift.

5Keeps 4 to 5 months in refrigerator.
