I have been making these for over 35 years...They are very popular around here...They are on the order of a no bake cookie...Though in this house they hardly got time to cool before everyone was sneaking them behind my back...My Table and counters were covered with them and filling the tupper ware containers full of them...The kids are grown and still ask for them....

1On Medium heat...Melt Chocolate, Butterscotch Morsels in a large sauce pan...stir constantly (all together)

2Mix together in large bowl (Marshmallows, Oriental Chow Mein Noodles) add Chocolate and Butterscotch mixture, stir well.
