Ingredients For hearty pumpkin pie dirt cups

1mrs. smith's hearty pumpkin pie baked

25chocolate cookies wafers ground into crumbs

3 Tbspbutter divided

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1 cwhite chocolate, chopped

2 Tbspheavy cream
-
1/4 tsporange food coloring

1tub cool whip frozen
How To Make hearty pumpkin pie dirt cups

1Bake pie according to package directions. Cool to room temperature. Cut the pie in half and break one half apart into a bowl and set aside

2Mix together cookie crumbs with 2 tablespoons melted butter and brown sugar until mixture clumps together. Set aside

3Melt white chocolate, heavy cream and remaining butter in a double boiler until smooth. Add orange food coloring.

4Layer 8 clear plastic juice cups with cookie crumb mixture, orange tinted white chocolate, frozen cool whip and pie.

5Repeat layers and top with a thin layer of chocolate. Serve immediately or chill.
