Ingredients For healthy peanut butter cookies

1/2 clow-fat creamy peanut butter

1/4 cbutter

1/2 cpacked light brown sugar

1/4 csugar

1 lgegg
-
1 tspvanilla

1 cflour
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1 call-bran cereal

1 cshredded carrots
-
1/2 cchopped peanuts
How To Make healthy peanut butter cookies

1Heat oven to 350. Place parchment paper down on baking sheets. In bowl, cream peanut butter, butter brown sugar, sugar, egg and vanilla until fluffy.

2In another bowl, stir together flour,and baking soda. Mix flour mix into peanut butter mix. Stir in cereal, carrots and nuts.

3Form dough into 1" balls. Place balls onto baking sheets, flatten balls w/ a fork. Place 2" apart. bake 10-12 mins, or until light brown.
