Healthy? I know!! But they are made w/ dark chocolate, whole wheat flour and splenda. So they're healthier than your average cookie.

2-1/2 cdark baking chocolate chips

6 Tbspwhole wheat flour.

1/2 tspbaking powder

3/4 csplenda
-
4 lgegg whites
-
2 Tbsphoney

1/2 tsppeppermint extract
How To Make healthy mint chocolate chip cookies

1Heat oven to 350. Line baking sheets w/ parchment paper. Place 1-1/4 cups chocolate chips in microwaveable bowl. Microwave until smooth and melted. In small bowl, mix flour and baking powder. In lg bowl, w/ mixer beat together Splenda, eggwhites, honey and extract until thickened. Gradually beat in melted chocolate. Beat in dry ingredients. Stir in remaining chocolate chips. Freeze 10 min. Drop lg tbsps of batter onto baking sheets, 3" apart. Bake about 15 min, or until cracked on top.
