No use of the stove or microwave for these yummy treats. This is a child safe and friendly recipe that can be changed to suit your taste. Don't be afraid to experiment and make them your own. As is, this recipe makes 8 cookies, 2 per serving. cal - 313 fat - 13 g sat fat - 2 g mono - 0 cholesterol - 0 carbs - 46 g protein - 7 g fiber - 4 g sodium - 284 mg potassium - 82 mg

Ingredients For healthy, delicious, truly no-bake cookies

4whole-wheat graham crackers, finely ground

1/4 craisins, or other dried fruit of your choice

1/4 corganic, natural peanut butter or other nut butter

2 Tbsporganic honey plus

2 tsporganic honey
-
1/4 tspground cinnamon (adjust to your taste. i use a full tsp.)

4 tsporganic, unsweetened coconut
- OPTIONAL

4 tspor more chopped nuts instead of coconut

1/2 tspvanilla or flavoring of your choice

1/4 canchocolate chips or other of your choice instead of raisins

1Combine all ingredients except coconut in a small bowl, mix well.

2Divide into 8 portions and pat into cookie shape

3Press lightly into coconut, ground nuts, or topping of your choice
