Ingredients For healthy banana-blueberry cookies

  • 2
    ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 c
    fresh blueberries
  • 1 1/4 c
    rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • pinch
    salt

How To Make healthy banana-blueberry cookies

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2
    line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • 3
    Mix all ingredients together and spoon onto the parchment in the size and shape of a standard cookie.

    Bake for 15-20 minutes. (This takes 20 in my oven.)

    Remove from oven and let cool in pan for ten minutes, then remove to a rack to completely cool.
