Ingredients For happy easter cookies

1 pkgbetty crocker sugar cookie mix

1 Tbspall-purpose flour
-
1/3 cbutter, softened

1egg
-
1 jarbetty crocker whipped fluffy white frosting

food coloring

jelly beans
How To Make happy easter cookies

1Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In a bowl, stir sugar cookie mix, flour, butter, and egg until dough forms

2Shape dough into 18-24 1-inch balls. Place an inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

3Bake 8 minutes. Edges will be a light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.

4Frost cookies. Add coconut to sandwich bag and put 2 drops of food coloring, squeezing and shaking the bag until the color blends all over the coconut.

5Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of coconut onto each cookie. Place 3 jelly beans on top to look like eggs.
